The founder of Metal spark is Laurens Van Ginderdeuren. He was previously active in the whole Benelux region as an application- and sales engineer for the spark optical emission spectrometers of Spectro Analytical Instruments gmbh.
With dozens of trainings and installations at foundries in Belgium and The Netherlands, he hopes to ensure you that he masters the spark-OES technique with sufficient knowledge.
In the meantime, he set up a metallurgical lab in his own town Diest in Vlaams-Brabant, Belgium. With 2 well-equipped spectrometers we can perform chemical analysis for sectors such as the metal processing industry, machine building, shipbuilding, automotive industry, metal trade, scrap, metal 3D printing companies, etc.
Quality is our top priority. As a very young company, Metal Spark reached its accreditation at the end of 2022 for ISO 17025!
In january 2024 we purchased a XRF-PMI instrument to perform on-site analysis on steel, stainless steel and aluminium. With this instrument in our arsenal, we now have the possibility to perform quality control on all kinds of metals.
But our services do not end here for you. Thanks to a close cooperation with other laboratory partners, we can offer you a complete package of metallurgical testings. Unlike most metallurgical laboratories, we are very fast in handling your questions and performing the metallurgical tests. Finally, Metal Spark will think along with you at customer level.
